We have been on Devon Cliffs now for 17 years and try to ensure your needs are met with every booking. For the 2012 season we have changed the caravan to a Swift Moselle 38 x 12 8 birth caravan to ensure you have the most comfortable holiday. Our caravan has all the mod cons including Double Glazing and Gas Central Heating throughout.


To ensure the caravan is ready for your arrival we use a highly rated private cleaning firm.


Devon Cliffs all action Holiday Park is located in Sandy Bay just outside the small town of Exmouth in the South West of England. The park is approximately a 20 minute drive south of Exeter, leaving the M5 motorway at junction 30. The site can also be easily accessed by Rail or Coach.


No matter what the weather there is always something to do for the whole family on the park with indoor and outdoor activities running throughout the day.

New for 2011 - Devon Cliffs is investing nearly £1 million on developing the indoor pool area. This will include a brand new indoor/outdoor Multi-Lane water slide ride with four lanes. Race down sixty metres of slide taking you out the building in an enclosed flume and bringing you back inside in the open top slide and then land in the catch zone at the bottom. There'll also be a new spectator area with café - the ideal place to relax with a drink and watch all the action in the pool.


Please note due to park restrictions we cannot accept bookings for all male/female parties. The hirer must also be over 21 years old.
